If you like the pictures, I suggest creating a thread that describes all of the clans in detail and places the pictures in there.
Secondly, get rid of the pictures in the clan boards. It offsets the image of the site.
A little advice: sort out your background. The tinypic image displayed over and over is a sure way for guests not to join.
